IBS , pancreas , gastritis ?

I had upper left abdominal pain 17 years ago and the dr said it was gastritis. Since then I have had off and on pain in the upper left abdominal area. I also will have pain in the back area. Sometimes the pain is stabbing, sometimes dull, sometimes pinching, or sometimes just an ache. Sometimes I have nausea and indegestion after I eat. In the past I've also had a burning feeling but not lately. The pain and discomfort has been more frequent in the last few years. In 05 my dr ran a few tests, said all was fine. It seems the pain and discomfort will come for a while and then not be too noticeable and then return worse again. The last 2 times I have had it I have also had rib pain on the left. My whole rib cage will sort of hurt at times. If I lay flat on the floor and turn to the right my ribs and back muscles hurt. I do have back problems so I'm not sure what causes this. My ribs also seem to pop when I rub on them.
I have no family history of any abdominal anything. I do have a family history of hypoglycemia or low blood sugar. I do have low blood sugar and have had problems with it for 11 years. I also have an autoimmune thryoid problem and am on meds for that the last 7 years.
What could be causing this abdominal discomfort and rib pain?

Have you ever made Helicobacter pillory testing and gastroscopy?

I have had h-pylori testing, not the others you mentioned. H-pylori was negitive. Is h-pylori the same as the test you mentioned?

Helicobacter pillory is a bacterium that causes chronic gastritis. Infection with Helicobacter pillory is often associated with peptic ulcer.
Gastroscopy is an endoscopic procedure where a flexible tube with a camera on its top is inserted inside the stomach trough the moth, throat and esophagus. Gastroscopy is the best method for diagnosing gastritis, petic ulcer and stomach cancer.
You can request gastroscopy because your symptoms last too long.
