Abdominal problems
Posted: 03-20-08 06:31am

I went to the doctor about 6 months ago and I was diagnosed as having an ulcer. I noticed that problems are not getting any better while I continue never missing doses on my medication.

Basically my symptoms are generally focused on or around my stomach. I have noticed much problems with trying to sleep. I constantly wake up in the middle of the night. I wake up really sore feeling in my abdomen and mid back area. This does not last very long, but also when I wake up in the morning I will have to endure about 1-2 hours of nausea. I did encounter about 2 weeks of morning nausea that got so bad I actually threw up. That stopped though.

I noticed that when eating food, its still uncomfortable. I get discomfort having food inside me pretty much. I am at the point where I will eat like 1-2 meals a day that are like 2 yogurt bars. I generally try to stay with good foods because of how long this has been affecting me.

I don't know if this is related but I tried talking to my mom about my mental health. Since I have had this problem for so long, I just seem like I am going crazy waking up every morning feeling like this. Waking up in the middle of the night constantly. It really sucks.

I figured I would add this information too. It may be relevant.

I am 18 year old male and I weighed about 200 last time I was at the doctors office. Not I would assume about 170-190.
