I'm afraid they won't just go away on
their own. I know that dermabrasion and
laserlight can help lessen the appearance
of scars but if cosmetic surgery isnt an
option for you then you might want to try
finding a good pore minimiser and Bio Oil.
I use both and I swear Bio Oil every night
has helped "heal" my skin. If your pores
are enlarged at times ( oily, sunlight)
your scarring will seem even worse so a
good quality minimiser works wonders. I
also asked for Creme de la mer for
Christmas! which i smother my face in once
a week as a treat (its expensive) and all
its ingredients are from the sea but it
all must work because every time i see
someone i havent seen for ages they always
comment on my skin. Good luck.

Im afraid they won't fade completely,
unless you have surgery, and even then i'm
not sure as i've never had it. I know you
can't have dermabrasion until you stop
getting the spots for healing purposes but
it might have changed since i was told
that myself. All i can suggest is that you
minimise the appearance of the scars like
i mentioned earlier. I know this news will
be disheartening to you but dont dispair,
try all you can then save for the cosmetic
option if all else fails. I think you
should definately try the bio oil, i don't
know how badly you are scarred but some of
mine seem to have disappeared, only when
im in sunlight can i see they are still
there. I wish you luck and keep smiling.

mine did much better with emu oil. I used
the emuscar brand and it has worked well
for me.
