Has anyone had success with acupuncture
and Chinese herbs for
anxiety/depression/fatigue/insomnia?

Thanks for the information on
testimonials. I have had one treatment
and will have 5 in all. I am also taking
two Chinese herbs.

I have no experience with Chinese herbs,
but for insomnia/anxiety I have found that
extra Vitamin C (a gram/day) also helps
out a lot. Good luck!

I had acupunture administered, along with
herbs, for almost two years and it really
helped my anxiety when I needed it the
most. I've since moved on but it was a
huge step in my progress.
Good luck.

I have no experience with that, but I have
heard that acupuncture helps with
anxiety.
I am no doctor but I know Ginseng is a
herb that helps promote a positive and
optimistic sensation when taken. Go get
ask a chinese medicine doctor for advice.
However never buy ginseng extracts as they
are usually not very good for you and the
FDA does not regulate it. Always get raw
or dried ginseng and brew it in a soup or
in plain water to make a tea.

I have wanted to try acupuncture for the
longest time. I actually live in an
apartment one floor above an
acupuncture/pressure place, but I can't
work up the nerves to go. The needles
creep me out even though they are so
small.
