Ahh the wonderful world of pregnancy Posted: 04-23-08 23:35pm
Usually I don't have bad morning sickness,
sure every morning I'm nauseas, but every
now and then do I ever throw up, this
morning was so bad, I was actually at one
point laying on my bed throwing up over
the side of my bed into my garbage can. I
wasn't able to stomach anything till after
12. And I woke up at 7. I have class at
8:30am, and couldn't even make it. Sorry
for ranting/.

Try saltine crackers - worked for me a
long time ago! When I became pregnant and
started experiencing "morning sickness" I
carried a stack of saltine crackers around
with me ALWAYS! Hang in there - it will
pass- it is soooo worth it!!!!

I know, there is nothing worse than
throwing up! It does make you feel a
little better right after you do though -
lol!

Aww.. I feel so bad for you. I could
hardly handle just the feeling of being
sick. I never really got sick, just
nauseated. Hope you get over this soon.

Man I feel your pain and I am SOOOOO
GLAAADDD that part is over for me. I had
it bad. I was sick day and night and I was
puke till about noon and then stop and
then start again at 3 or 4. I would throw
up about 4-7 times a day for about a month
and a half. I lost 15 pounds !!!!
But it all went away like at 3-4 months
pregnant. So hang in there it will pass.
I found the best thing is eating foods
that arent painful coming back
up....fruits and crackers or bread really.
I know not much encouragement huh....
But seriously eat things that are mild and
light on the stomache. After a while
throwing up comes natural
