I found some interesting things on aids
and what I keep finding is that there are
cures for aids...
There are natural methods... but many are
ignored because they cant be patent or
arent expensive so pharma cant make much
money... Ex. UV blood irradiation (google
it)
There is also something that pharma has
even patent called Tetrasilver Tetroxide
(US Patent #5,676,977) (google)
I'm not sure whether this stuff will
actually cure you, but there cheap and I
know if I had AIDS, I'd give it a shot...
If you try it please let us know how it
works for you...

I asked my doc and she said to just take
my meds and I will be fine. Not to try any
untested herbs or medicines...

and you dont have to get off your Meds
either
It either helps you or it doesn't but its

I am no specialist on this area in any way
or form, so HomerX would more than likely
let me know if I am being ignorant and/or
wrong, but I would say you should rather
play it safe.
If this "new medication" is proven to kill
off HIV, then definately good show...but
untill then, leave it to the people who
are doing the clinical trials. If you are
one of those people that are doing
clinical trials to help further the
research, then good for you but
otherwise...
There has been a LOT of possibles, maybes,
if's and's and whot-not's in terms of
HIV/AIDS especially from uneducated and/or
ignorant people but from the medical
industry as well.
AIDS is not a virus...it's a condition and
untill there is a proven technique to kill
off the HIV virus it self, I would stay
away from these "new" remedies. The best
you can do, is take existing and proven
medication and precautions agianst damage
to your body. Your body can't protect it
self any more as HIV destroys it's
anti-bodies...other than that, HIV is not
responsible for any other problems AIDS
sufferrers has to deal with. Most of the
illnesses that AIDS sufferrers gets,
allready has a "cure" and/or
prevention...it's just that you need to
work harder to fight it.
Some experimental drugs and/or herbs may
put additional strain on your body due to
undiscoverd or even known side-effects
which an AIDS sufferrer can not afford
fool around with.
I'm just in the "Arena" of "Umbrella"
disorders...that's the only reason I have
a comment on this as I have some form of
comprehension of the effects and
treatments of such a disorder/diseases.

anyone or being ignorent

it. I don't have AIDS but if I did, I
would have to rely on my doctor's advise
to me. A lot has changed from that time
of fear and ignorance until now. Some
viruses are more terrible than others, but
it is still the fact that we are living in
a human body affected by a virus.
Have a stable, loving relationship in your
life if possible. Have LOVE. It is the
best medicine of all.

yes, Seraph I completely understand what
your saying...and I would totally agree
with you, IF Drug companies (the people
DOING the clinical trials) had our best
interest in mind... I'm sure our doctors
mean well, but they only know what they've
been taught by their Big Pharma sponsored
medical schools...
The thing is a lot of the "New
Medications" (not all) have already been
tested and there have been NUMEROUS books
written on these kinds of things and
countless people cured of things that were
"uncurable" (like me for example with
asthma) ... but the fact of the matter
is... If its not something you can patent
or something you can charge people an "arm
and a leg for" then company's are not
going to advertise it, much less test
it..
Its money that makes the world go round my

Sure you could tell an asthmatic that he's
getting asthma because of chronic
dehydration (thus simply drinking more
water with a bit of sea salt will do the
trick) OR you can give him something
that'll suppress the symptoms (inhalers)
but not cure it. So that he'll keep coming
back for more and more making the people
who make the inhalers richer and
richer...
There is no money in healthy people,

health.. your going to have to look else
where, outside of this country's "clinical
trials"...
Here if you look at this link you find
that they did do research on Ultraviolet
blood irridation..
"In 1947, Dr. G .P. Miley reported on 79
cases of virus infection.4 Miley stated
that ultraviolet blood irradiation therapy
could be relied upon consistently to
control an infection of a virus in a safe
and efficient manner.5"
This particular treatment doesn't
completely cure you but like it says it
helps control it... Why then are doctors
insisting you should take cocktails that
have horrible side effects when this
treatment has little to none?
Why? because "the treatment is simple,
safe, inexpensive and unpatentable."
Meaning no money for drug companies...

Calm down man. I'm from Jamaica and I
don't beat gay people or people with HIV.
Not all Jamaicans are like that. The bad
ones give us all a bad name. There is
actually a very civilized side to Jamaica
that you would like if you took the time
to find out.
Anyway, thanks for your input. I was just
curious about the topic and wanted to hear
the views of others. I hope they find a
real cure one day.
P.S The black magic form practised is

sorry but this is scary to most gay
people...I know not all Jamaicans are like
that...sorry if I came across the wrong
way but all I know is what i hear and
see..I have 2 straight friends who go to
the Sandles Resort there 2 or 3 times a
year and they told me Jamaicans hate gay
people. And would commit homicide on gay
and HIV people and that we were not wanted
there...and our money was no good to them.
Needless to say, those people are no
longer friends of mine. But I do know that
not all Jamaicans are that way. Sorry if I
