Anyone notice a difference the next day
after having a few beers or anything?

i have tight muscles but i only noticed
that it helped me relax to go to sleep. i
felt nothing in the morning that was
different than usual. Alcohol is not a
medication and there is the danger of
addiction. please be careful with this
