my mother has had issues with her stomach
recently and after conducting some tests
she informed me that she had alt. what is
alt? and what are the symptoms
associated/how can she prevent it

Im not an expert so I have never heard of
"alt"...the only thing I can think of is
the ALT level...which is a liver enzyme.
Does she have an elevated result?
