am i pregnant?

hi, i was wondering if i'm pregnant.
(which i don't want to be)
- i had sex on july 12
- i had protected sex
- we had dry sex before condom was on
(with clothes on)
- i'm scared because my period is suppose
to come soon
so i'm wondering what are the chances of
me becoming pregnant? i'm really paranoid.

I agree with Georgia59. You have taken
precautions and the risk is minimal. You
may want to consider a birth control pill.
This will ease your worries and help
prevent an unplanned pregnancy.

No, sperm cannot travel through clothing.
I agree with antigone about looking into
birth control. That way you don't need to
worry about what happens before you put on
the condom. It's a lot less stressful that
way.

stressed about "maybe" being pregnant.
If you're late then test, if not then
relax.

well my period has been messed up so i
dont really have a date. but my period
last month was on june 6th.
so are my only choices if i do find out

would most likely be an accurate reading
by now...

There's no way a test would be accurate
now.
You're going to have to wait awhile. How
long have your periods been messed up? You
may want to speak with a doctor about
birth control-- at the very least to
regulate your periods.

Getting pregnant with a condom is possible
just un likely. My baby beat the odd's and
I am now 4 days over due with my bubba who
was concieved with a condom ... I was also
on the pill but had been sick a couple
days before so I thought I was taking lots
of care by also making my partner wear a
condom. Turns out you can never be to
careful. In saying that don't worry
because my case is very rare, as for sperm
travelling through clothes ... :S hmm nope
maybe if you had a thin layer of cotton
between you and you could feel the wetness
from one person to the other, but highly
un likely just sounds like your periods
are not yet formed into a strong pattern,
I am guessing you are young.

Yes, thats too early.
If you can't wait, then go to your planned
parenthood and ask when you'd be able to
take a blood test-- it will be more
accurate and will be able to give you an
answer sooner
