It depends really when you say bleeding do you mean like period bleeding or spotting?,do you have alot of pain,all of these things are important because many woman experience small amounts of bleeding and have healthy babys,The main thing is the bleeding if its red and fairly heavy then yes you may have had an early miscariage if this is the case im very sorry,ive had 3 and all 3 where very diffrent in symptoms,but 2 had heavy bleeding and only 1 had pain,you really need to see a doctor who can tell you if you have miscarrried or not good luck i hope you will be ok
