At about 18 I started to miss my periods regularly. I went to see a doctor and he explained that it was normal because I was under a great deal of stress with attending school and dealing with everyday life. I got a second opinon and the next doctor said that it was probably due to stress, weight gain or loss in a certain time frame. Neither doctor gave me any kind of exam they just stated there explainations. Shocked Now I'm terrified to see another doctor and something serious be wrong with me. I'm 25 and still missing my periods regularly, they come one month and then skip a couple of months. I havent had a period since feb. of this year and before that it was oct. Crying
or Very sad I'm starting to wonder if ill be able to have children, I'm getting married next year and im scared to tell my fiance. My fiance really wants to have children. Is there anybody who can give me answers? Crying
or Very sad

I know it's scary, but you really should go to a doctor. If there is a problem, they will be able to catch it and let you know what you can do to increase your chances of having children. They can put you on fertility medication. I would break the news gently to your fiancee and let him know that you want to see a doctor. He would be of great support and the two of you could go together; it's much less scary doing things like this when you are not alone. Good luck!!

Missing one or two periods could be normal and due to stress, eating patterns, weight changes, etc.

However, missing as many as you have described isn't normal. You should get an exam, and they might even test your hormone levels. Have you ever been on birth control? That might help stabilize your hormones and kickstart your period. Or there are drugs that will start your period, too.
