Q: An irregular mass and pregnancy

in my untrasonogram report , there is an irregular mass, measuring about 1.65X1.08cm.underneath the chorionic plate. we are warried about this. would you please explain what it is. is it harmful for our baby. please explain , we are worried about it. is it safe to make sex in this situation with my husband.some time he insist.

I can’t tell you anything about the nature of that “irregular mass underneath the chorionic plate”. Generally, every irregular mass is considered to be a tumor. You may want to consult your obstetrician about the nature of that irregular mass. It is unlikely that a tumor with such small dimensions might harm your baby. It is unlikely that sex might make the situation worse.
