Are These Symptoms Related?? Help!
Posted: 08-29-07 17:49pm

I am a 29-year-old male who has recently experienced several annoying but seemingly unrelated/fairly minor health problems. But I just realized this might be part of the same pattern, and now I'm kind of freaking out about it.

About four weeks ago, I started having breathing trouble, which I've had before, at this time of year, so I thought it might be allergies. (My doctor said the first time that it was anxiety--she didn't test anything; just diagnosed it as anxiety in the office--and put me on Zoloft, which I've been off for about three years.)

About two weeks ago, the breathing trouble went away--I could breathe fine--and then suddenly I got a bad cold. I woke up with a terrible sore throat that lasted about a day and a half. Afterward, I had what seemed to be a bad sinus infection, which lasted for several days, and then I had a 102-degree fever, and within two days I slowly got over it and feel almost well now.

About three days ago, my back started killing me--but that was two days after I did these crunches that sometimes make my back hurt. My lower back still hurts terribly when I move around.

Yesterday I woke up with a dark red blush in the lower half of my left eye. It hurt more and more all day and now it just looks generally pink and it's not blurry anymore and doesn't hurt or itch.

I now have two little red bumps--one at the base of a finger, one on my neck, and I suspect one inside of my left outer ear because it's itching and hurting.
