Arms numbness and sweilling at night Posted: 01-03-08 11:47am
Every night for just over a week every
time I fall asleep so do my arms. I'm up
multiple times every night walking around
to get them to wake up. It started on my
right side and now its both sides. I've
tried multiple sleeping positions, increse
in exercise, increse in water, hot
showers, just about everything I could
think of. The only thing that helps is a
fast paced walk around the house, and it
takes a minimum of 20 min for the pain to
stop, sometimes up to an hour or more. It
is so painful. From my shoulder to my
finger tips everything is numb, and there
is heat in my joints, and swelling in my
fingers. It only happens when I sleep and
once I get them to fully wake up, they
stay that way. Does anyone have an idea
what this is or how I can ease the pain?
