Don't feel alone. We all here at ehealth
are here to be there for you, even if it
isn't in a bodily manner. I also have
veins that are more visible. This usually
is something that is genetic or caused by
increased blood flow (pregnancy). I don't
think that your veins visibility is really
the cause of your pain, especially since
your tests came out OK. Just consider it
more like a nervous pain....and that you
do have control over it.
Are you taking any medications or seeing a
therapist? When you start to feel this
pain, take a break from what you are
doing. Close your eyes and relax and
imagine yourself as the commander of your
body, because that is what you are. Tell
yourself that nothing has control over you
to make you feel this way. Go inside your
own head and calm down those nerve
impulses that are making you feel those
pains....because that is where they come
from, not your body.
