i just know that we should count baby kickings and it should be 10 in 2 hrs but i dont knw wheather i should calculate it daily r once is enough?

You should get AT LEAST 10 fetal movements in 24 hours, EVERY DAY. You should be in tune with your babys pattern and recognise if its not normal, sometimes a lot of movements at once can be a sign of distress, however this can be normal for some. "Kickings" can be misleading as the baby grows the space becomes less and in the third trimester can feel different to the second.
