it should be ok, in small moderations but
be careful, baby oil can cause diarrhea.
Here is the website I found the
information on that says it is ok to
ingest it.
DO NOT use baby oil. Use only water based
lubricants. Oil can cause infections. You
can use it externally but not inside the
vagina.

I would not use baby oil for anything
sexual except maybe a message or
something. If you want to use lube buy
water based lubes like KY or something.
You can try a porn store and get flavored
lube for oral sex.

Oil breaks down condoms and sex toys, too.
I'd stick with lubes purposely meant for
sex, you can get them at the drug store
where you buy condoms.
