I am looking for a great overall
multivitamin to take. I previously took
Centrum and then took one by Dr. Andrew
Weil. Can anyone recommend one that they
think is the best for overall great
health?

Yup, that's what I take too. It doesn't
make your stomach hurt either.

I have been taking vitamins my entire
life. My family just always have. I am
taking a multivitamin that my doctor told
me to take (my grandmother, mother,
sister, and cousins all use it too.) In my
opinion it's one of the best. It's the
"NOW" brand, and it's called Special One.
You can't find it in markets though, just
in health food stores. I take it twice a
day (one in morning, one at night) per my
doctor's orders, and I started feeling the
benefits from it almost immediately.
It has green superfoods in it and
antioxidant protection. No stomach pain
either.
(On top of this, with permission from my
doctor I take a full tablespoon of Black
Strap Molasses once a day for extra iron,
it is the most vile stuff ever but really
helps!)

I agree with the others the Alive brand
by natures way is a fine brand.
Now is great too. Just depends on how
much you want to spend. The Twinlab brand
is another excellent choich if you want
to spend a little more you might look into
Vitamin Research Products.

I also recently found a whole food vitamin
on the Swanson health website. It's a lot
cheaper because it's like their brand or
similar to generic, and I ordered it to
try it. There is one review on there that
says that it's just as good if not better
than ones of it's kind.

I take Vitality Gold. It is an AM packet
and a PM packet. It has a Fructose
Compounding mineral delivery system that
helps with the absorbtion of the vital
minerals. Besides the vitamins in them,
they also have a mineral complex, florify
which helps fortify and detoxify your
gastrointestinal tract with two strains of
healthy probiotics, and a broad spectrum
antioxidant.
I have so much more enegry with these
vitamins! They are awesome!

I take USANA's multivitamin. It's NSF
certified and pharmaceutical grade. One
of the best products out there according
to the Comparative Guide to Nutritional
Supplements. Visit my profile for more
info.

I used to use Shaklee and although they
were good, they are quite expensive. I
know found Daily life vitamin packs
through Melaleuca that actually work the
way a vitamin should. I also used to take
GNC vitamins and honestly wasted 40 bucks
for a multi vitamin that I flushed
basically down the toilet if you know what
I mean.
