Birth Control & Discharge

Hi everyone. First off I want to thank you for reading my questions. I've had some problems the past month and I wasn't sure where to get some quick-helpful answers. So I figured I'd sign up on here today, and hopefully someone could help me out ! I'll try and make it as easy as possible to understand because even when I was trying to explain it to myself I was getting confused, haha Rolling Eyes

Anywho, First off I have been on & off birth control for the past 2-3 years. I first started off on Yasmin my first couple of years using the Sunday start and in March I switched to Yaz since I was off the pill for about 5 months and heard really good things about Yaz from some friends, and I continue to use the Sunday start for my cycle.

My first month of starting the pills again was all wacky as it usually is for me. My 2nd month was on track, but my 3rd month was the problem. I got my period 2 weeks before I was suppose to and it lasted the entire 2 weeks up until a new pack to start Sunday.

I was suppose to get my period May 14, 15, 16, & 17 but my period started on Tuesday, May 6 and ended Monday, May 19. When I first got it I still continued to take the active pills everyday as well as the non-active pills for when I was suppose to get it for the four days and then I started my new pack Sunday, May 18.

I'm thinking that it "reset" itself as if I just started taking it on Sunday. So according to my pills I'm suppose to be getting it June 11, 12, 13 & 14. So my question is, should it have actually "reset" itself and will it be on track this month now ?

Also, I was wondering if it really is true or just a "myth" that you have to take your birth control at the same time every day religiously. I've heard from some people that you HAVE to take it at the same time every day, but I've also heard that they just tell you that so you remember to take it for the day but it really doesn't make a difference what time you take it at. I was wondering this because I didn't know if maybe this had anything to do with my messed up cycle because of the fact that I usually never do take my pill at the same time every day. I have it set for 3PM but sometimes I end up taking it at 3PM, then 5PM the next day, then 9PM the next day, or even sometimes 2AM when I get home because I don't have my pills with me all the time. And if you don't take it at the same time is it less effective because this actually leads into the next paragraph about my discharge question.

I had unprotected sex Tuesday, May 20 the day after it finally ended. And yesterday, after I went to the bathroom, when I walked out I noticed I felt a rush of something liquid obviously come out of me. I knew it couldn't have been my period since I just ended it 5 days ago, so when I went back in the bathroom there was tons of discharge which got me questioning what it was from.

Could it have been from the pill finally getting back on track for this month ? Or, my other question, does anything like that happen as a early symptom of pregnancy ? Because since I haven't been taking my pill on time, is the pill less effective to protect against pregnancy ? So I wasn't sure if the random gush of discharge was because of the pill or a possible pregnancy symptom ?

Sorry for all the questions that seem to be never ending. This is actually my 2nd time typing this entire post because the 1st time I typed it and tried to submit it, it said I wasn't logged in and after I logged in it deleted the ENTIRE thing, so hopefully I remembered everything. But anyways thanks again to anyone who read it and can help me get some answers !

I'm not sure about everything your asking but i do know that it's important to take the pill at the same time everyday i got pregnant while on the pill and i really believe it happened because i failed to take it at the same time every day.... and are you sure the gush of fluid you felt wasn't seamen.
