I went to the lake and ate a lot of suger stuff like cup cakes. didnt drink a lot of water. Went on a hard core walk came back and drank some captain morgan and oh did I mention I get car sick. Oh oh oh and the water was freezzzing! Anyways long ride home... I finally get there and By now am completely sick. Threw up for 12 hours. My question is SINCE I THREW UP SO MUCH IS MY BIRTH CONTROL STILL EFFECTIVE? AND COULD I GET PREGNANT?

Continue taking your birth control as normal. You should be fine. If you're really worried about pregnancy, use condoms until your period arrives to make sure you don't increase your risk of pregnancy. If you're worried about sex you've already had, wait until your period is late and take a test. Good luck.

It is unlikely to be a problem, since it sounds like you took the pill many, many HOURS before you threw up.
