birth control side effects ? Posted: 04-24-08 15:08pm
I'm new here. Anyway, ive been on birth
control for about 4 months. About March
31st, i ran out of birth control. My
insurance ran out also. I went to planned
parenthood April 3rd,and got free birth
control. I had unprotected sex before i
got birth control again.
When i got it, the doctor said to use
condoms or don't have sex for seven days,
because the birth control wont kick in
until then and i could get pregnant.
My boyfriend and i didn't exactly do
that.
Anyway, for the last couple weeks ive been
experiencing:
mood swings and super hormonal.
No period, just light spotting for almost
two weeks
I get super nauseous at random times
I'm hungrier than usual
crave foods intensely
Dizzy at odd times
More tired
cramps
Headachy alot
My breasts are incredibly tender and sore
My body temperature has skyrocketed
I'm constipated {embarrassing} and peeing
alot more frequently {embarrassing again}
And sex hurts, which isn't usual. my vagina
feels tight and swollen
I thought it might be the birth
control, but it cant be. im on the same
exact birth control i was on last time,
and its always made me feel fine.
I don't know if im jumping to conclusions
or not.

If you think you are pregnant, then you
should try taking a HPT. Your body
temperature really is not an indication
that you are pregnant and neither are the
other symptoms really. You might just
have the flu. Unfortunately almost every
thing that can be a sign of pregnancy can
also be a sign of something else.
