Pregnancy Answer A7555
The symptoms you reported (feeling kicks in stomach, tire, very hungry and moody) are considered probable signs of pregnancy. They are not enough to confirm pregnancy, but it cannot be ruled out either. Bleeding is not supposed to happen in pregnancy at all. So, the bleeding either rules out pregnancy or it is not the normal menstrual period you experience every month and indicates a pathological condition in case you are pregnant.

Either way, you are advised to visit a gynecologist as soon as possible, because if the bleeding is not the menstrual period and you are pregnant, you might be in danger of miscarriage. The physical examination by a gynecologist would prevent this.
