Current medical status: i have groin and lower belly pains occaisonaly there is blood in my semen and urine. it hurts when i go to toilet. i cant sleep at night

Blood in the urine and sperm and painful urination should be taken very seriously and you HAVE TO ask for medical attention as soon as possible. You might have an infection in the urinary or genital tract but having a tumor is also possible.

There is nothing to be afraid of or ashamed of. You may want to consult your primary health provider and a urologist if necessary.
