I am 29 years old and gained 16 kgs in 8 months. According to chart i should weigh between 71 and 79 kgs and right now i am 83 kgs.

I was having health related problems (headaches and tirdness) so one day i got my BP checked and it was high - 150/110. (Also when i have a late meal i get headache and then the BP goes high).

After diet control it came down to 140/100 then 130/100 and when i went to doc this morning it was 120/98.

My problem is that i am having a feeling that something is wrong with my heart (feel little heavy).

The doc has given me medicine for high BP and asked me to come back for another checkup later. She has asked me to stop gymming and jogging until then.

Am really scared. What is wrong with my heart Sad

God save me.

Also i have cold and cough for about 20 days which has reduced but not gone completely.

Can't say if there is anything wrong with your heart but according to the blood pressure measurements you probably have hypertension because your diastolic blood pressure is above the normal limit.
Hypertension that lasts long time can cause heart damage (hypertrophy) but that has to be confirmed with ECHO-cardiography. ECG is also requested.
Diastolic hypertension can be due to some kidney disorder so kidneys' function should be also checked.
You can consult some internist about your condition.

hello
from my own knowledge i think you should watch what you are eating and also you should not worry too much about any thing you have to set your mind free from any problem you are facing because if you think too much your BP will rise and you should chech your BP always to know the condition
