Everytime i go to the doctor i get really nervous. Its not the doctor that makes me nervous its the stupid blood pressure monitor. When they put it around my arm i can feel my heart beating faster and faster and i get really scared that the number is going to be high. and of course it is
140/62 keep in mine im only 16 and even thinking bout it kinda makes me nervous.
I don't even think i can check it at my house thats how scared i am of it!!
What should i do, i don't want everyone to think i need high blood pressure medicine or something cuz im pretty sure i dont have high blood pressure

You could try desensitising, by getting more familiar with medical equipment. Do you know any medical proffesionals where you could play. There are digital blood pressure monitors for home use. i dont know of what use they are.

Are you able to go for a brisk walk prior to try to knock back anxiety. I find this works great for exam jitters.

all the best
