I don't think these bumps are of much medical concern, but they are an eyesore, and I would like to rid myself of them, if possible. A small cluster of reddish bumps appeared on my right thigh, near my hip, at least a couple months ago. These bumps aren't too noticeable--they're almost just slight discolorations of the skin--and the only reason I call them "bumps" is that if I run my finger along them, they appear to be the slightest (slightest!) bit raised above the skin. They also become more...Inflamed?...When I have stayed too long in the shower. If anyone knows what they are or how to get rid of them, please let me know--thanks!
