I used the nuvaring as normal for the first month. I took it out on the tenth and had my period as normal. I put it back in on the 17th and then on the 20th I started bleeding. I went to an URgent Care doctor and they said it was break through bleeding and that was it. It stopped the next day. Now 11 days later, It has started again. I feel really tired and I am not supposed to take it out until the 8th. Is this normal? I called Planned Parenthood and she said it was. I used the nuvaring for 6 months before and NEVER had this problem. Will this go away?

If these bleeding is caused by the Nuvaring it could pass spontaneously because body needs some time to get used to the hormones from outside. But, if the bleeding is caused by some organic reason (infection, tumor...) bleeding won't stop even if you quit the pills.
