breakthrough bleeding ?
Posted: 04-27-08 17:54pm

last night, I noticed that I had a small amount of brownish blood in my underwear but it didnt last long at all... I've been on birth control for about a year and have never had a problem with breakthrough bleeding although there were 2 days during this pack that I took the pill about an hour late and I know taking it at different times can trigger the spotting. I'm not expected my period for another week and a half. However, I did have unprotected sex about two weeks ago so now I'm starting to really freak out at the possibility that it could be implantation bleeding which would mean that I am pregnant... but I didnt miss any pills in this pack at all and my boyfriend pulled out so he didnt even ejaculate inside of me... what are the chances that I am pregant? or is this possibly just some breakthrough bleeding? please help!

if anyone knows anything about this or has had a similar experience please please please respond, I am really freaking out about it! I dont start my period for another week and a half and I really dont want to be stressing over this for that long... plus on top of all that I have exams this week and I'm finding it hard to concentrate and study when I'm so worried about this! Any advice or reassurance would be greatly appreciated

If you're taking your birth control pills correctly then you were not unprotected when you had sex, thats why your taking the pills-- for protection Smile

I'm pretty sure that an hour late is still technically considered on time.
