be opened hten sit ina hot car, somting ot

down or something....I eat bacon...it
causes cancer, I like to smell gas being
pumped, and ciagrette lighter fluid, I
have no clue if this is for real, I still
will drink bottled water, just not leave
it in the car for it to get hot
anymore..........Stuff gets started all
hte time, next....wearing pajamas or new
balance tennis shoes will cause breast
cancer............well, I just had
mastectomy a month ago......and I know for
a fact cant't anyone tell me why...I do
know it was NOT from drinking bottled

Well...there's actually studies out on the
subject b/c a clear, hard plastic bottles
can containe bisphenol A, aka BPA. BPA,
especially when a bottle is left in the
sunlight can prodcue synthetic estrogen,
and it has been the subject of debate.
Just to be sure, I try to drink from and
carry my spring water in glass bottles.

Thank you for the informative information!
I only use the flimy plastic bottles that
can be recycles and never microwave in
plastic or use plastic wrap in microwave.
Where do you find glass bottles with lids?

Thanks, Fairy! That's a great question.
I recycle bottles that I buy for iced tea
(Snapple) or big bottles of apple juice
that I buy at Whole Foods and use them to
store my spring water. There are also
some trendy water bottles that they sell
at health food stores. I buy the water
just for the bottle!
For my basic water consumption, I have the
water delivered to my home in big
10-gallon jugs (think water cooler at
work) and them fill them up. It's not
that expensive ($7 a jug) and I feel good
knowing that the water is CLEAN!
When we can afford it, I'd like to invest
in a double-osmosis filter so I feel
comfortable drinking from the tap. Water
is so important I prefer to make sure it's
clean. What kind of water do you drink?

Hi There Posted: 07-16-08 16:25pm
I drink distilled water I buy. WIth cancer
in our family we were advised to not drink
chlorinated water. Which makes a lot of
sense. The Snapples bottles are an
Excellent idea! Thanks for that tip!
Adding you to my friend list! I buy
distilled by the gallon and fill up my
bottles. I live in the country and jsut
do nto trust to drink well water. Its UV
filtered, but hey, we fill the pool up,
bathe, wash clothes, dishes etc...but not
drink it.
