This really depends on the insurance you have and the doctor you go to. I would look up your insurance's phone number and give them a call to ask. Some insurances would cover it if it is deemed necessary to improve you medically (for reasons like a bad back), but I don't think typical insurance would cover it if it were just for aesthetic reasons. Different doctors and clinics charge different prices depending on the amount of work it takes to correct the breast and how long they have been in practice for.

Some doctors will use creative language when billing a procedure to get the insurance company to cover more of the costs. Breast surgery costs vary.
