New User, Becoming EHEALTHy
Hello,
I am 17 years old girl and i am suffering from breathing difficulties. It is hard for me to breathe especially when i want to sleep. Sometimes, when I'm eating or sitting down, I cant even breathe with my nose, I have to use my mouth to breathe. I dont know whether this is related to heart or lung problem or not, because I did not go for a check, but I hope it is not... my question is what actually happens to me? Are these the symptoms of having any problems or disease??? Thank you very much for your advise...

Perhaps it's a problem with your sinuses...you can got to an ENT specialist to seek a diagnosis. You might also request information about sleep apnea.
