Contractions are going to feel the same with a breach baby as with a baby in the proper head down position. Your baby may suddenly turn to the proper position, but it's unlikely. You will probably have to go in to a C-section to deliver this baby, so if you haven't scheduled a C-section yet, you should.

If and when you go into labor, you should call your OB right away so that they can deliver the baby without complications and there is enough time for the C-section.
