Hello and before i start i wanna thank you for every piece of advice i recieve Smile

around 11 days ago i was round my local town being very drunk and cut a long story short i broke my metacarpal on my right hand, so the next day my hand was like a balloon so i went to the A&E.

They told me i needed surgery right away as it was an extreme break and i needed a 'K Wire' in my hand i thought..sh*t lol pardon my french.

So i had the op then the next day they sent me on my way with a split cast on..

Yesterday i went back to the hospital for a check-up and to change my cast..the Nurse was taking the cast off and she tried to straighten my fingers but couldnt she then said to me have i been trying to move my fingers and i should have been told that i have gotto try and keep moving my fingers as they will go stiff over-time, But as much as i try i cannot move my 5th finger (pinkie) at all it gives me so much pain i cant move it as much as i try im close to tears sometimes when i try and push it that hard, where as my 4th and 3rd finger i can move it with help yet the harsh pain is still there in my wrist and my 2nd finger and thumb are fine i can straighten then with no help at all.

Im wondering when my 'K Wires' get taken out will i be able to straighten my fingers again? as im really certain that its the wires in my hand that are causing my pain, The hospital have sent me for Physio, iv been doing the excersizes the best that i can but its not helping at all.

Here is a picture of how far i can straighten my fingers on there own:

Please tell me what you think because im very worried.
