Every summer the pigment around my lips gets really dark, much darker than my skin. It seems to happen when I get lots of sun. It will continue through the winter but will not be as dark, yet still noticeable. It looks like I drank chocolate milk and didn't bother to wash.
Has this happened to anyone? Do you know what I can do to help it?
