ok well i am 15 years old. I never had sex with a girl, still a virgin. I masturbate alot well one day while i was masturbating and then i felt this large bubble like on the penis. Not on the crown but on the penis stem. It doesnt hurt when i pee or cum or leave it alone. it just so annoying to have i and i hope it nothing ad. btw i do have Fordyce Spots on the lower part of my penis, and this bubble is on the top part on my penis not the crown.
