I was shot in the head with a 22 caliber right above my left ear 3 years ago. The bullet was left there because I of course had a cracked skull and the bullet was in the crack and I was told that air would leak into my brain if it was removed. It bothers me and feels like I have a permanent bruise. Is that something that can cause long term damage, like a blood clot, ect.
