Q: calculating due date

I got an appt for next friday, august 1st. I guess my next question is, since I havent' had a period since I had my first baby (Apr 13) and just got pregnant, how will they know how to calculate the due date?

I think my post partum bleeding lasted until the middle of May. We didn't have sex until June sometime, and I honestly can't remember any dates when stuff actuallly happened.

Will they be able to tell just from the ultrasound?

When I went to the doctors they went by my last pack of birth control, but ordered a ultrasound. So after they gave me two possible dates, I got the ultrasound and by the measurements on it they gave me the new date judging by the babys size. I was only 7 1/2 weeks when I got my ultrasound and I actually thought I was almost 10 weeks at the time. So yep they will give you a good estimate! Good Luck!
