Can Clamydia be passed by hand?

The 1st girl has had unprotected sex with with other men, i have fingered her only, then 4 hours later fingered another girl who has never had sex, a week later the 2nd girl has burning whilst peeing and lots of discharge, could i have passed on an anything?
