The person in the doctor question said
that they were experiencing depression and
could not stop crying for the past 5 days
while on Chantix.
This is NOT a side effect of quitting
smoking. Why? Because for one a person
must be on Chantix anywhere from 7 to 14
days before they quit smoking for it to
work.
The person mentioned that they were on it
for 5 days and were crying the entire
time. It is my assumption that they were
still smoking, so it had nothing to do
with smoking cessation, but EVERYTHING to
do with the medication!
If you're experiencing side effects such
as these, see your doctor immediately!!
These side effects are becomeing more and
more common as more and more people are
now taking the drug.
