It isn't anything to be concerned about.
If you haven't had that discharge up until
now, count yourself fortunate. A lot of
women have enough discharge to cause them
to wear panty liners throughout their
pregnancy.
If it is clear, doesn't smell and there is
no itching - relax, it isn't anything.

Stitches... for what? A cerclage?
First things first, if you are ever
concerned about your own health or the
health of your child, CALL YOUR DOCTOR.
Don't rely on the internet. While there
are some questions that can easily be
answered, if you are worried (and you are)
CALL YOUR DOCTOR.

That is called a cervical cerclage (the
stitches holding your cervix so you don't
dilate and deliver prematurely).
Unless there is some kind of bad smell,
itching, or burning, it is not out of the
ordinary to have stringy discharge in any
pregnancy.
