I drink a few cups of coffee at work daily. I've done reearch on the internet and unfortunately found articles which are contradictory. Do you guys know for certain is coffee is good or bad for gout?

I drink tea and decafe coffee, so nothing will lower the risk for me.

The doctors Iv'e met sure don't know

I have had just as many attacks while drinking coffee on a regular basis as when I was not drinking it at all.
How come doctors don't know anything about a healthe gout diet besides alcohol and meat?
