I know I'm not an addict, but I'm in my
own state of recovery and thought maybe
more experienced users could give me some
help. I tried adderall for the first time
2 days ago. I only took 30 mg of the
stuff, but used some weed right
afterwards. I had the worst
hallucinations. My left hand started to go
numb in a few of the fingers, but that
came and went like every 15 minutes. My
heart beat extremely fast. This was on
Tuesday and now it's Thursday.
I'm still feeling extremely anxious,
depressed, and panicky. That feeling in my
hands still comes and goes every once in
awhile and I can feel my changes in blood
pressure still. I'm not use to side
effects for any chemical lasting for up to
2 days and my mind is making it worse.
I'm not sure what to do. Should I go to
the hospital or am I just being paranoid?
Are these symptoms normal for coming off
of something. I know I didn't take very
much so I couldn't of done too much
damage, but at the same time i feel like I
did.
Also is their anything i can do to improve
my circulation and help regulate my blood
pressure?

Now it's Friday.
The numbness and tinglyness has subsided,
and my heart rate seems normal. Despite
this my chest feels weird as does left
arm. I'm also extremely anxious and
depressed still. I'm also very tired.
Any advice? I think I'm freaking myself
out here.

You have made it though two days. Take
this one day at a time OK. Say for today I
am not going to take one. And so one.
You are coming off one of the most
heaviest used drugs in the U.S. and abroad
next to crack. It may take rehab for you
to make it through this. Your going to
need some help and guidence, I do know
that much. This is going to be one of the
biggest positive moves you have made in
your life. I wish you all the luck and I
will be thinking about you.

You will be fine if you did 30mgs. Some
people are perscribed to more than that.
Few years ago I was 130lbs and was
perscribed to 1 20mg pill a day. Most
people take more than that.
But once I was stupid and drunk and took
210mgs of adderal xr up my noes!!! I dont
know if thats a deadly dose or not im
geusing it might be since my perscription
was 1 20mg pill oraly. I tole my self I
would never do drugs again after doing the
adderal. I held that promis to my self for
2 years up till yesterday doing somthing
like vicoden and im now scared again. But
any ways I felt like i was king of the
world and was runnign threw the woods and
was going to smash house windows but didnt
cause I thought a cop was chasing me. Then
the sun was out and it was like 7am and im
at this game farm running around trying to
steel the chickens. All seemed good till I
started coming down from it around 12pm
noon. I stayed up 2 days. When I was
coming down I was shaking un controably
and my muscles where like all tight. My
chest hurt and hart was racing. Hands felt
tingly. I could bairly talk I kept
studdering and could not think. I kept
draging the tips of my toes when I walked.
I kept halusinating. I was laying on my
bed watching flys fly out of the tv and
thought some one kept peaking in my room.
It was kind of hard to go pee. One time
when I was walking up to my bed to lay
back down I halusinated and the bed
dropped 2ft below my hand. After that and
after going to bed the next night it was
hard to sleep cause of the adderal and
cause I was worried I was going to die.
Woke up the next day went to school.
Tripped on mytoes afew times. Felt like a
zomby and had trouble talking to the
teacher. She asked me whats wrong and i
said nothing. I had dark black around my
eyes. I didnt feel back to normal for
close to 2 weeks. I planed to litteraly
kill my self cause I thought I was going
to be that way for ever after looking up
adderal at school and seeing that some
affects can last up to 3 years of for
life!
