OK, when I get an erect penis and am ready
to put ther condom on I place it on, pinch
the tip, make sure it can roll and try to
roll it down. It doesn't roll down, my
fingers slip because of the lubricant and
when i try to roll it the condom just
sorta squishes into the head. Any tips?

You could try "easy-on" condoms. They're a
little bit easier to slip on.

you *might* need a larger condom- try buy
a larger size (usually labeled magnum or
something manly like that) and see if it
works better. Try it on when you're alone
and there's no pressure. Of course, it
should still be tight when it's on, you
don't want it too big.
But the comment about not getting
lubricated condoms was good too- you can
always add lubricant once it's on.

Also, make sure you're rolling down the
condom the right way. It only rolls out
one way, and if you've got it upside down,
no matter how much you try to roll down
the ring, it won't work.
Try unrolling the condom out by itself
without putting it on your penis, just to
familiarize yourself with it.
