Hiya everyone.
I have been suffering anxiety for around 4
yhears now and although I have learnt for
tbhe most part to deal with it I can still
find it dibilitating. I am currently
working with a cognative behavioural
therapist and am going through all of that
but my symptoms don't seem to want to let
up. At the moment it is my throat I am
terrified over but nxt month it may be my
head or my chest. How am I ment to beat
this if the symptoms keep on changing? I
sometimes feel as though I have lost
controll of my anxiety and I hate it.
