Could I Be Pregnant?

I had my period when I was messing around with my new boyfriend. He never penetrated me but he did cum on me. Now 1 month later I should be getting my period. Instead, I am spotting. I am a teenager so I don't know if this is normal or okay or if im pregnant. Please help me if u can!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :(
