I can't go to family doctor, she's like
our best friend in family. I would be so
embarrassed talking about my penis
problems. Also I am only 17 and I can't
drive anywhere by myself to any urologist.
Frenulum is just a little bit too short
not too bad, I can almost retract my penis
over the glands when fully erect. But I
would have problems if I had sex. It was a
lot worse when I first started to
masturbate daily few months ago. But now
it seems that it does not get any better.
What do you recommend to do that can be
done at home?

The best you can do is to try to stretch
it with daily, intensive stretching
exersizes. Doctors can surgically alter it
to make it more comfortable, or they can
prescribe steroid ointments that help to
stretch your skin.
I think if you're planning on having sex,
you should talk to your doctor about it,
regardless of your family's relationship
with him/her. Your doctor is restricted,
by law, to doctor-patient confidentiality
and cannot tell your parents. A torn
frenulum can be pretty painful and can get
infected.

Yes, until you're 18, but they don't have
to know about you going to the doctor.
There is no shame in getting frenulum
breve taken care of, you know. Besides,
the doctor will probably get you to try
stretching or ointments first to see if
it's effective.
