i've been on the bc for almost a month now, and about a week ago ive been getting a dark brown discharge every day. is it just my body adjusting?

i started a new pill (ortho tri cyclen lo) on the 16th of march and i started to have the discharge on the 26th of march. and it's still happening. i start the inactive pills which would bring the 'period' i'm hoping after all of that i will be fine. my dr. told me it's the pills but c'mon! lol

no, there's not stinging or like itching. just annoying. does that happen to you? if it doesn't stop i'm just gonna change pills again. what pill do you take?

stinging happened the first time. but its like when you have a reallly heavy period and at the end of it you have really light discharge. i take ortho-tri-cyclen, you?

yeah icalled, they say its just from the pill. my 'body getting used to it' i dont give a damn its freaking me out!

IT IS 100% NORMAL. This is what happens as your body adjusts to the hormone levels. The pill takes control of your cycle, but it takes a bit for your body to get used to the hormones.
