I used to have my left testicle hanging
lower than my right one. Everything was
fine.
Some day I got aroused several times, but
without actually achieving an orgasm (that
was voluntarily done). Eventually I felt
like something was "unwinding" in my right
testicle, and it descended more than
normally. Now it is hanging lower than the
left one.
Actually, it feels like it is in a weird
position. Besides being lower than normal,
it feels like it has rotated. The part
that I think should be pointing towards
the body is pointing to the front,
perpendicular to the body. I might be
wrong.
A couple of days later a friend told me
that that happens, and that the solution
is to jump on one's heels immediately.
The same thing happened with the other
testicle some time later, and jumping on
my heels did put it back in its place. Of
course, now it does not work for the right
one, because it is not immediately after.
Its a little bit uncomfortable because
being more exposed allows for more
occasional touch with cloth, or my legs,
etc.
Could please someone tell me what is the
same of my condition? And, how can I have
my testicle back in its place?
Thank you very much in advance!

Testicular Torsion? Posted: 05-14-08 10:18am
Signs and
symptoms
Testicular torsion occurs when a testicle
rotates on the spermatic cord, which
provides blood flow to the testicle. This
rotation cuts off the flow of blood and
causes sudden, often severe pain and
swelling. Testicular torsion is most
common in males under 25, but it can occur
at any age, including in newborns and
infants.
Testicular torsion requires emergency
treatment. If it's treated within a few
hours, the testicle can usually be saved.
But waiting longer can cause permanent
damage and may affect the ability to
father children. When blood flow has been
cut off for more than 12 hours, a testicle
may become so badly damaged it has to be
removed.
Although doctors can sometimes untwist a
testicle by pushing on the outside of the
scrotum, surgery is needed to prevent
testicular torsion from recurring.
Signs and
symptoms of testicular torsion
include:
*Sudden or severe pain in one testicle
*Swelling of the scrotum (a loose bag of
skin under your penis that contains your
testicles)
*Nausea and vomiting
*Abdominal pain
*Fever
Other
signs of testicular torsion can
include: *A testicle
positioned higher than normal or at an odd
angle
*Sudden testicle pain that went away
without treatment — this can occur when
a testicle twists and then untwists on its
own (intermittent torsion and detorsion)
Males who get testicular torsion have an
inherited trait that allows the testicle
to rotate freely inside the scrotum. About
one in 10 males is at risk of testicular
torsion because one or both of the
testicles aren't securely attached to the
inside of the scrotum. This inherited
condition often affects both testicles.

Thank you very much for you quick answer
Marianne0558!!
I'm not sure, but I don't think it is
testicular torsion. Anyway, more than 24
hours already passed, a long time ago. So,
assuming it was testicular torsion, I
would have a dead testicle in there.
I didn't experience sudden nor severe pain
(there was no pain at all), no swelling,
no nausea nor vomiting, no abdominal pain
now fever.
Though, the odd angle thing...
I don't know if this help, but I think it
looks like an old man's testicle, like
hanging really low.
Again, thank you very much.

I would just make an appointment with your
doctor. It is best to rule out anything
that could do any permanent damage.

Thank you for you advice.
But, still, if anyone knows what I have, I
would appreciate it if you could let me
know.
