Q: describing cramps ?

To those of you who are pregnant, what would you say your cramps feel like? are they intense? Are they mild af cramps, in the front and back, too?

i've heard people say they feel 'twinges', what would you describe that as?

It depends entirely on what part of pregnancy a person is in. This is seldom the first sign of pregnancy, if that is what you are curious about.
