I would like to know how diabetes can mask or influence the presence of heart disease or an acute myocardial infarction. Help soon please. Thanks.

If you think someone or you are having a heart attack please bring them to the ER or call an ambulance right away don't wait for answers. As for your question I am unsure, sorry.
